A well-known annual event in the French film calendar, the Animation Film Festival, organized by the French Animation Film Association and
the Institut Français, takes place this year from October 11 to 31, 2026!
In Cambodia, we invite you to join us starting October 14 to celebrate this unique discipline within the cinema field. The program
features screenings, of course, but also meet-and-greets with the animators shaping the future of Cambodian animation —including artists
from the Visual and Applied Art School at Phare Ponleu Selpak— and a participatory performance with Cambodian comic book artist Sam Daro.
In partnership with the Japanese Film Festival, the Institute is also hosting a free screening of Mamoru Oshii’s *Ghost in the
Shell*
as part of the 12th edition of JIFF.
Ticket: $3 (standard rate)
