scene, the 16th edition of the Photo Phnom Penh festival will take place from November 19 to December 19, 2025, in the heart of the
Cambodian capital.
The 2025 edition brings together historical works and contemporary creation, a long temporality that allows us to think about photography
in its relationship to the past, present, and future. Between memory and creation, document and fiction, transmission and reinvention, the
program touches on essential questions: how do images influence the way we see and remember? How do they allow us to tell the story of the
world and act upon it?
Through their works, the exhibited photographers cast a unique gaze on the world: personal narratives, questions of memory, ecological
concerns, artistic or documentary commitment. Take the time to look, to question, to imagine.
